The Chesapeake Virginia facility currently has 2 million cubic feet of convertible freezer and cooler space, along with blast freezing and export capabilities.

The facility is accessible through 27 dock doors along the full length of the 40 foot wide dock. Clearance height 22 feet on the dock and 33 feet and 36 feet in the freezers. The facility is divided into six refrigerated rooms. Four freezers, six blast cells, and 2 convertible rooms (-10° to +45° F) and the main freezer space. The overall refrigeration capacity is 1,350 tons per hour with 14,437 refrigerated pallet positions. The blast capacity of the facility is 95 loads per week.
