 • Take the I-264 E/VA-337 E/Tidewater Drive ramp toward VA Beach/Naval Base.

 • Keep right at the fork in the ramp.

 • Merge onto I-264 E.

 • Merge onto I-64 W/Hampton Roads via the exit –on the left – toward Richmond.

 • Merge onto US-13 N via exit number 282 toward Chesapeake Bay/Bridge – Tunnel.

 • US-13 N becomes Charles M. Lankford, Jr. Memorial Highway.

 • Charles M. Lankford, Jr. Memorial Highway becomes Ocean Highway/US-13 N.

 • Take the US-13 BUS ramp toward Salisbury/Fruitland.

 • Merge onto US-13 BR North.

 • Follow 13 north to Bridgeville, DE.

 • 18 west to 318 west to Federalsburg – go thru 2 lights
