• Turn left onto E Fayette Street.
• Turn left onto MD-2 S/St. Paul Street.
• Continue to follow MD-2 S.
• Turn right onto E. Lombard Street.
• Turn left onto S. Howard Street. S. Howard Street becomes I-395 S.
• Merge onto I-95 N toward New York (Portions Toll).
• Take the SR-141 S exit - exit number 5A - toward Basin Road/New Castle.
• Merge onto Airport Road. At light turn right onto S Basin Road/DE-141 S/US-202 S.
• Continue to follow S Basin Road/DE-141 S approximately 2.5 miles to junction of DE-273.
• Make a right turn onto DE-273 and follow to 1st light.
• Turn left into the Centerpoint Industrial Park
• Proceed straight ahead to 1000 Centerpoint Boulevard. |

• Turn right onto E City Hall Avenue.
• Take the I-264 E/VA-337 E/ Tidewater Drive ramp toward VA Beach/Naval Base.
• Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto I-264 E.
• Merge onto I-64 W/Hampton Roads via the exit on the left - toward Richmond.
• Merge onto US-13 N via exit number 282 toward Chesapeake Bay/Bridge - Tunnel.
• US-13N becomes Charles M. Lankford, Jr. Memorial Highway.
• Turn slight right onto E Lebanon Road/DE-10 E.
• Turn left onto US-113 N/S Bay Road North.
• Merge onto DE-1 N toward Smyrna (Portions Toll).
• Merge onto US-13 N.
• Turn slight right onto S Dupont Parkway/US-301 N/US-40E.
• Turn right onto Frenchtown Road/DE-273 (Route 273 is the largest intersection before the Wilmington Airport).
• Take second right turn at light into the Centerpoint Industrial Park
• Proceed straight ahead to 1000 Centerpoint Boulevard. |

• Continue to follow S Basin Road/DE-141 S approximately 2.5 miles to junction of DE-273.
• Make a right turn onto DE-273 and follow to 1st light.
• Turn left into the Centerpoint Industrial Park
