- Provide a great place to work at and people to work with.
- Provide counsel, mentoring and example.
- Provide direction and structure yet promote empowerment.
- Provide support at all levels.
- Provide clear and open communications.
- Provide an atmosphere where our customers and employees can succeed.
- Provide a profit and return on investment to shareholders.
- Provide a forum for accountability.
