I wanted to make sure you knew how much I really appreciate all that you guys did last week. We neglected to specify that we needed hold product shipped, and without the first complaint, you guys went back, picked up the wrong product, returned it to the freezer and returned with the right product in time to make our production. You saved the day. By getting that load redelivered by 6am, you prevented a production line from shutting down.

Bob, we sent a Beaver street order out last week that required labels to be applied to each case and pallets to be a max. height. This was my first order sold to beaver street and it was important that it be handled correctly. It was in fact, handled perfectly. This order had the potential to have a lot of problems if your people didn't do everything just right.
