Our trusted foodservice redistribution brand, Honor Foods, is hiring hard-working, responsible, and enthusiastic team players to fill multiple Warehouse Worker positions in our Philadelphia, PA location.

As an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, we highly value all our warehouse team members and offer a $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr salary based on the picking rate percentage. The percentage picking rate is only paid for work hours spent picking. We also offer a $500 sign-on Bonus for this full-time position, which will be available after 121 days of employment.
For this position, you will be responsible for using material handling equipment and working with our advanced Warehouse Management System to build pallets of products destined for local distributors. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse well-stocked and organized to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Here are some of the job requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet minimum requirements on pre-employment testing, including physical ability tests
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds continually during shift
- Ability to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levels
- Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
- Basic ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English language
