Throughout the years, the building has served many purposes, including the homebase for Burris Food Distributors and our poultry processing operation. Today it serves as the Burris Logistics headquarters and houses our core functional groups. These groups exist to serve as a Center of Excellence, supporting and serving all Burris Logistics Companies, including Honor Foods, Trinity Logistics, R.W. Zant, Sunny Morning, and Eagle Business Credit.
Finance
Our finance departments include Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Treasury, and Insurance activities across our companies. The finance Team leads evaluation and execution on all new acquisitions and lead integration. The Finance Department works hard to Partner with our companies help achieve their strategic goals.
IT
Our IT department consists of Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Response/Resolution, Solutions, and Software Development. The focus of our IT department is to move fast but with purpose, delivering tech solutions that are scalable and best in class. Our Human Resources Team works to support, educate and develop our Team Members across the organization. Their responsibilities include benefits, payroll, recruiting, learning and development, and working with the dedicated Safety Team.
