R.W. Zant Achieves Recognition in Greater Los Angeles Top Workplaces 2025

November 18, 2025 – R.W. Zant received a major distinction this year. The company was named a Top Workplace for 2025 in the Greater Los Angeles area. This award comes from the Greater Los Angeles Top Workplaces program.

The selection process relies completely on employee opinions. A confidential, third-party survey collected the feedback. Energage LLC, a partner in employee engagement technology, administered the survey.

The survey focused on the employee experience. It measures several key areas. These themes include whether employees feel Respected & Supported. It also checks if they are Enabled to Grow and Empowered to Execute.

This recognition is a true honor. It speaks to the company culture.
